Mail Forwarding Service

Direct Access, Inc. provides mail forwarding services for both personal and business customers. Each plan provides a mailing address for your use. As we receive mail for you, you will receive notifications that we have mail awaiting processing. You will review each piece of mail and then let us know how you would like us to proceed with it. You can have us forward it on to you or simply dispose of it if you have no need of it.

There is also the option to have our staff open and photograph the contents of your mail at your direction.

Mail is forwarded on a weekly or monthly cycle depending on your preferences. The mail can be forwarded to any legal address. You can simply notate the address you want to have the mail forwarded on to.

Along with the forwarding address, you can select the shipper you wish to use as well as the shipping method (standard, priority, etc.).

Our staff will take the initiative to consolidate packages whenever possible to give you even further savings.

We provide our customers with more options and variety than any other company in the industry.

On-Line Access

You are able to manage all aspects of your account with your online log in. You can change preferences for your plans and leave instructions on a piece by piece basis for your incoming mail.

If you chose to have the contents of a package photographed for your review, you will receive clear images of your package and what it contains via your online account.

All correspondence is protected by the latest security software and protocols. We take every measure to minimize your privacy concerns.

Secure On-Line Scanning

Whenever scanning is required, we use the best equipment available. Our scans are high-resolution quality, converted to PDFs, and are sent with the highest security and privacy measures.

Scans are only accessible through your online account and cannot be viewed without logging in.

Scans are used to show outer packaging and contents are only scanned at your request and with your permission.

For items that you request content scanning, special protocols are followed. The item is taken to a secure location in the facility to be opened and scanned. Once the scanning is completed, the item is returned to the original package and then immediately returned to the secure storage area to await further instructions from you.

Shredding And Recycling

Two of our biggest concerns at Direct Access, Inc. are the privacy of our clients and the environment. Being in the shipping and receiving business, we have a unique opportunity to make a large impact on helping the environment. Our current stats show that we recycle about 80% of our waste products. Pretty impressive, if we do say so ourselves.

We are always investigating and exploring new ways to increase our recycling numbers. We participate in a number of regional and local recycling programs.

Shredding not only facilitates recycling efforts, but it also helps to protect the privacy of our customers. By shredding the unwanted mail and correspondence that we receive on their behalf we are protecting vital personal identifiers from falling into the wrong hands.

There are individuals who “dumpster dive” and steal trash hoping to glean some personal information they can use to commit identify theft and various fraud crimes.
