Global On-Line Shopping

We provide services to customers all across the globe. There is a common complaint that we heard over and over again. Shopping overseas can sometimes be a bummer.

Many U.S. based shopping sites will not ship internationally and since they often have better pricing than their overseas counterparts, our international customers miss out on big savings. Not anymore!

With our shopping and mail forwarding services, all of our customers can take advantage of the lower prices. How? Quite easily. Here’s how it works.

You sign up for our services and we provide you with an address that is based in the United States. You can use this address strictly for shopping or you can also choose to use it for regular correspondence as well.

When you shop on-line, you will enter the U.S. address that we provided for you. We accept the package on your behalf and then we ship it back out to you using the most cost effective method available.

All payments made to your account must be made by the person listed on the account. Third-party payments are not accepted.

Please note that all customers are required under U.S. Postal Service regulations to complete and sign a 1583 form which gives us permission to receive and process your mail and packages.

Receiving Packages

When you shop online and enter the address provided to you at account set-up it means that we will receive the package at our facilities.

Once that package arrives, we will send you a notice through your account that we have items for your review. In the meantime, your package will be held in a secure area until we hear back from you.

Package Forwarding

When you receive your package notification you will then need to provide us with instructions on where to send your package. We can ship out to any legal address in the world.

If you are unsure of what the package contains, you may request our staff to open and photograph the contents. We will send you the photos so you can decide on how to proceed with the package.

When we receive your instructions, we will ship out the package using the most economical method unless you have specified a particular carrier and method with your instructions. Our system will calculate the overseas shipping charges to assist you with making an informed decision.

It is important to note that all internationally shipped packages require a customs forms to be completed. You must complete the form in its entirety and be completely truthful regarding the contents and value of the items. This is where having us open and photograph the contents is extremely helpful. We suggest doing this if you have any questions about what the package contains.
